Dempsey Polaris RZR Pro R Correct Shoulder Bolt Kit Upgrade
This PRO R Bolt Upgrade Kit replaces all the suspension bolts for Upper and Lower A-arms, Shocks, Tie Rod bolts, Sway-bar bolts, Rear trailing arms, Sway-bar bolts, Radius-Rods, Hub, Tow link bar, tow link pinch bolts And Rear Shock bolts.
(loctite included in kit for installation and enough to use later for your shop)
The PRO R upgraded bolt kit comes with bolts that are all shouldered and cut to right length per application of bolt with washers and locking nuts. All hardware is grade 8 and higher.
The reason to upgrade the bolts on your Polaris RZR PRO R is because the stock bolts are not the right shoulder length leaving the thread of each bolt riding on the end of the chassis which creates wear on the bolt. If you are not aware the weakest point of the bolt is the threads and strongest is the shoulder (smooth part) of the bolt. The Dempsey RZR PRO R bolt kit will last longer and keep you riding safer!
All bolts are grade 8 with washers and lock nuts.
